Structural defects like air cracks, Workmanship defects and Material Quality defects are covered and the same will be rectified free of cost to the client.
Wear and tear issues are not covered, complains dues to improper maintenance/upkeep from the end user are not covered under the service.

Issues with products(with warranty) from the manufacturer end, are to be taken up with the product manufacturer directly.

For flats with Carpet area below 90sq.mtrs and market value below 45lakhs, the GST applicable is 1%.
For flats which do not satisfy either of those conditions GST is applicable at 5%.
